Trenewydd Road Site
Unsurprisingly we have had a number of calls this summer about what is to be done with this vacant plot. The plans are to build homes with a range of tenure. Most will be for private sale but we are also keen to include homes that will be available on a part ownership and part rental basis. 20%, in common with most new developments in Cardiff, will be available to rent and we hope will be Council owned.
